Presidential Powers
When all of that other mess was sorted out, the President sat down and thought, 'What can I so with this new power of mine? And what can I not do?'
Well, the guys who wrote the Constitution thought out that problem and listed what the President could and couldn't do in it. Things like, the President can enforce the rules, but they can't make the laws. With everything now outlined, the President could get to work!
